Do I need an account to place an order?

No this is not necessary. You can easily order your items at Presly & Sun as a guest. Your data will not be saved.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

Unfortunately this is not possible. You are entitled to return the item(s) within 30 days.

I didn't receive an order confirmation bij e-mail? What must I do?

This is unfortunate!

It is best to send an e-mail to webshop@preslyandsun.com. Please state your order number in this e-mail. We will contact you as soon as possible. 

How can I place an order?

Choose the item you want and place it in your shopping cart. Click on your shopping cart and click on "Proceed to Checkout". Enter your personal information. Choose a payment method. Place your order and proceed to checkout.

When can I expect my order?

If you place your order before 12:00 AM, your package will be delivered the next day. Excluding the weekend and national holidays.

Do I need to pay shipping costs?

At Presly & Sun we offer free shipping and free return.

How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as we hand over your order to a DHL delivery man, you'll receive a Track and Trace code via e-mail.

My package is not deliverd at the scheduled day and time, what should I do?

It is possible that your package has been delayed with the carrier, so check your Track & Trace code. 

If this doesn't offer you a solution, please contact us by e-mail: webshop@preslyandsun.com.

What happens when I am not home and my package is scheduled to be delivered?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and we cannot deliver the package to your neighbors either, DHL will deliver your package the next day to a DHL ServicePoint nearby. We will leave a card in your mailbox. With the code on this card you can see via track and trace where your package will be delivered. You can also choose to have your package delivered again at home or to your neighbors. You can then choose from different dates and time slots during the day and in the evening. Would you rather choose another DHL point, that is also possible. You can pass on your choice until 11:59 PM via your Track & Trace e-mail from DHL

Do you ship to every country?

No, at the moment we only ship to Beglium and the Netherlands.

Right of withdrawl

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequence of the right of withdrawal

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard offered by us) immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.Our return address: Presly & Sun, Kalundborg 3, 5026 SE, Tilburg, The Netherlands You are only liable for the loss of value resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Within how many days do I need to return my order?

At Presly & Sun we have a return policy of 30 days. 

Within how many days will my return be processed?

When your return has been received in our warehouse it will be processed within 5 work days.

What are the return costs?

With your order you will find a return label. Use this label for returning packages. At Presly & Sun you do not have to pay for your return.

Is it possible to return a sale item?

Yes this is possible, if after returning this product it appears that it has been used, is dirty or damaged, a depreciation may be charged. Return within 30 days.

Please note socks and underwear are excluded due to hygiene. The products are not suitable to be returned if the seal is broken after delivery.

My item was delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. What should I do now?

This is unfortunate!

Please e-mail your claim to webshop@preslyandsun.com. Do not forget to indicate in your e-mail whether the item has been delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. In addition, it is important that you state your order number and provide a description of the damage if this is the case.

Where can I file a complaint?

Nevertheless, we are happy to help you! 

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us by email. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint . If you do not agree with the solution or if we cannotsolve it together, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl).

Legal guarantee

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

In Belgium, a mandatory legal warranty period of 2 years applies.

Which payment methods do you offer?

At Presly & Sun we have the following payment methods: Ideal, Klarna (an afterpay method), Apple Pay, Bancontact, PayPal and Credit Card.

My discount code does not work?

This is unfortunate.

Have you applied the code on sale items? Our discount codes can't be applied on items that are already in sale.
