Is an article not quite to your linking? That's possible. At Presly & Sun you always have the option to return your ordered items within 30 days from the receipt date. We offer free shipping and returns with DHL. If you wish to choose another delivery service, you are responsible for the costs of returning your package.
We would like to ask you to fill in the return form and put it in the box together with the items you want to return. Lastly, stick the return sticker on the box and register your package at a DHL point.
If after returning this product it appears that it has been used, is dirty or damaged, a reduction in value may be charged.

We will send your return sticker by e-mail. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels attached.
*We cannot take back socks and underpants if the seal is broken after delivery. For reasons of hygiene, these products are not suitable to be returned if the seal is broken after delivery.
Right of withdrawl
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequence of the right of withdrawal
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard offered by us) immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
